A gentle, carefully adapted massage for people living with, recovering from or beyond cancer treatment, provided in my peaceful, private treatment space in Greenhithe. Every appointment is tailored to your current health, treatment history, energy levels and comfort. Pressure, positioning and the areas treated can all be adjusted to accommodate fatigue, discomfort, surgery, medical devices, sensitive skin or changes following treatment. The aim is to provide a calm and supportive space where you can rest, unwind and enjoy safe, nurturing touch. Treatment may help ease everyday muscular tension, encourage relaxation and support your overall sense of wellbeing. Your comfort and safety remain at the heart of every session, and you are welcome to pause, reposition or change the treatment at any time.
