Terms and Conditions

1. Appointments

Booking:
All appointments must be booked in advance, either online, by phone, or directly with Sara.

Confirmation:
Clients will receive confirmation of their appointment by email and/or SMS once the booking has been made.

2. Payment

I do not currently take deposits. However, full payment is required no later than 24 hours before your appointment to confirm and hold your booking.

This helps me manage my diary fairly and ensures your appointment time is reserved for you.

Payment can be made by cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or online payment, depending on the booking method.

Appointments that remain unpaid within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may be released or cancelled.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.

Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the booked treatment.

4. Health & Safety

Consultation Form:
Clients are required to complete a health consultation form before their first treatment.

Health Updates:
Clients must inform the therapist of any changes to their health, medical conditions, medication, injuries, pregnancy status, or recent procedures before each treatment.

Contraindications:
The therapist reserves the right to refuse, adapt, or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate based on the client’s health information.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is kept confidential and stored securely in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Client information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

6. Therapist Cancellation

If the therapist needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients will be given as much notice as possible.

Clients will be offered the next available suitable appointment or a full refund if payment has already been made.

7. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards the therapist at all times.

Any inappropriate, aggressive, sexual, or disrespectful behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still be required.

The therapist will maintain a professional standard and provide a safe, respectful environment for all clients.

8. Liability

The therapist is not liable for any adverse effects, reactions, or injuries resulting from treatment where relevant health information has not been disclosed by the client.

The therapist holds professional liability insurance.
